Dr. Casey Giordano is the director of AUM’s master’s track in Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology. He received his PhD from a top-ranked I/O program at the University of Minnesota. He is an active member of the field, routinely interacting with professional organizations and publishing research on topics such as predicting and understanding employee misbehaviors.
Being deeply involved in the I/O Master’s track, Giordano coordinates student advising and mentoring, teaches several core classes, and continues to build and expand the growing program.
